I am a business student at Texas Tech University with experience in leadership, customer service, and financial management. As Vice President of Finance for my sorority chapter, I manage budgeting, member accounts, and financial planning while working closely with chapter leadership. I also work at H-E-B, where I have strengthened my communication and problem-solving skills through customer service experience. I am passionate about leadership, teamwork, and professional growth, and I hope to continue developing my skills through future career opportunities in business and marketing.
VP of Finance
As Vice President of Finance for my sorority chapter, I oversee budgeting, financial planning, and member account management to help ensure the chapter remains financially stable and organized. My responsibilities include tracking expenses, managing dues collections, coordinating with chapter officers on purchases and budgets, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role has strengthened my leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while teaching me how to make responsible financial decisions for a large organization.
HEB Cashier
At H-E-B, I work as a cashier where I provide customer service and assist customers during the checkout process. My responsibilities include accurately processing cash, credit, debit, and gift card transactions, handling payments efficiently, and ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience. This role has strengthened my communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills while teaching me how to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
